The tax department, led by Alan M. Weiner, CPA, MST, CTS, utilizes a wide variety of past transactions to creatively structure your business as to entity choice, fiscal year end choice, etc.

Since 1978, Alan and the firm have performed auditing, review, and compilation services; prepared forecasted and projected financial statements; designed, implemented and monitored financial control systems for start-up and ongoing computerized bookkeeping; served as bookkeeper and/or controller, as tax, business and financial planner.

We mold our services to pick up wherever you leave off, i.e. from doing the bookkeeping to training the bookkeeper to liasing with the owner about his financial status.

Our staff is made up entirely of seasoned professionals with years of business, tax, computer and management services experience who together maintain a working knowledge of all clients in the firm.
